What if I need only a logo?
We believe a brand is more than just a logo; it encompasses the brands's personality, values, tone, and messaging. A complete branding package includes a logo, brand guidelines, typography, colour palettes, and other key elements to ensure a consistent and cohesive brand identity that represents a brand.
What web platform do you design on?
We use Squarespace to host and create custom websites, as that's what we know best. In the near future, we are planning to offer Shopify web designs for e-commerce sites.
Can I book a web design project without any branding?
For a successful web development project, we advise completing your brand identity before commencing the website build-out. This approach guarantees that your brand has a solid foundation, allowing you to effectively convert your website visitors into loyal clients.
What do I need to provide before starting on my website?
You will need to provide the following;
High-resolution imagery
Brand guidelines (logo files, brand colours and fonts)
Website copy
If you’re planning on hiring a photographer and copyrighter, we recommend booking them in advance so you can provide this content before we begin.
What isn't included in the pricing?
There are certain aspects of the project that aren’t included and require additional purchases by yourself. Things such as Font licences, Image licences, Website Hosting & Subscriptions, Copywriting, Printing costs, Third-party plugin fees, Brand Photography / Image Sourcing and Additional revision rounds.
How do payments work?
To get started with us you will need to pay a 50% deposit to lock in your start date, and then the remaining 50% will be invoiced upon project completion and before you receive your final deliverables. If you need further payment plans, please let us know and we can tailor one for you. Payments are made via bank transfer.
